Agreement of processing of personal data

The person signing (hereafter "participant") agrees by the sending of application including of all provided personal data (hereafter "data") to the database of SportsEvents s.r.o., based pplk. Sochora 981/17, 170 00 Praha 7 - Holesovice , ID: 248 04 266 (hereafter "administrator") and with their subsequent processing of processor Luvenex plus s.r.o. based Pod Vilami 747/10, 140 00 Praha 4 - Nusle, ID: 290 26 431 or by other processor determined by the Administrator for marketing purposes of the Administrator. This means: the offer of products and services including sending of information about organising events, products and other activities, and sending of business communication by electronic means as well, by the law no. 480/2004 Sb., for an unlimited period, until the cancelation of the agreement to the company address. The participant understands, that he has a rights by the law § 11, 21 no. 101/2000 Sb., which means that provision of Data is consensual, and that his agreement can be always withdrawn free of charge in written form to the address of the company. He has rights to access his personal data, and rights to correct of them, remove incorrect ones, and remove of them, etc... If the participant is in any doubt about the administrator abiding by the law, they can ask the organisation or he can call to the Office for Personal data protection www.uoou.cz.
